In Across The Obelisk you can find a whole bunch of different characters. Here you will find out which ones are the best.
When playing Across the Obelisk you will be able to choose from a whole variety of heroes. They are divided into four classes (warriors, scouts, mages and healers) and in total you will find 16 of them in the game.
Of course, only some of them will be available from the very beginning. The rest of the characters, on the other hand, will be unlocked as you progress through the game. In this guide you will find out which characters are considered the best.
The 4 best characters in Across the Obelisk
At the outset, it is worth noting that Across the Obelisk is a game in which the builds of individual characters and the entire party are of particular importance. In essence, therefore, all available heroes can be useful and effective in the chosen style of play. It is only up to you which path you take.
When talking of best characters in Across the Obelisk, we are talking about the characters that are most popular among players, and their appropriate use is relatively easy. However, this does not mean that you would not be able to get even better results using other heroes.
With this introduction behind us, we can move on to the substance. Below you will find a list of 4 characters, representing each class, which were most often recommended by Across the Obelisk players.
- Magnus - is by far the most recommended character from the game. He is a well-balanced fighter who will be effective in both defense and attack. He receives a bonus of 2 Reinforce at the start of battle, and his abilities enable him to reduce the price of offensive or defensive cards as needed. Upon reaching level 5, he also receives the ability to dramatically increase his damage or energy regeneration.
- Andrin - is a scout so effective that many players are calling for his nerfing. He is a versatile character, but works best when focusing on one aspect when developing him. He can both inflict a great deal of ranged damage and support the team by, among other things, marking and debuffing enemies, making the attacks of the rest of your team more effective.
- Evelyn - is a mage who does not excel in any area, but acts as a good supporting character. Her progression can be carried out in many ways, but one of the most commonly recommended was to focus on magic related to lightning. Evelyn also has powerful spells that are extremely expensive, but it is worth having at least one or two in your deck, as they can change the fates of a battle.
- Reginald - is probably the best healer in the game, especially if you focus strictly on developing just this type of skills. Having him on your team is always a good choice, as he will make the rest of your heroes able to withstand battles with more powerful opponents.
You have probably already noticed that all of the above characters are heroes that you get access to at the very beginning. This is no coincidence. Most players point out that the starting heroes are simply the best characters in the game. This is influenced, among other things, by the ease of guiding their progression. Realizing the full potential of characters unlocked at later stages of the game, on the other hand, is much more difficult.
